Magnetic Stations :
2022

"The Magnetic Stations" is a mixed-media project that explores the intersection of art and functionality within our homes. Using layered beechwood and vibrant colors, this project creates a visually striking, dimensional aesthetic. To enhance the user experience, the tubes are magnetized to the stations, and cork tops are provided for added convenience.

Each piece in this collection has a partner that embodies both duality and seasonality. For example, "Winding Trails, Lush Foliage" and its partner "Winding Trails, Arctic Bliss" are inspired by Mount Rainier and its surrounding landscapes. While Lush Foliage represents the vibrancy of spring, Arctic Bliss captures the harsh beauty of winter.

Versatility was a key consideration in the design of this project. Although the magnetic stations are commonly used for plant propagation, they can also be utilized for storing cooking seasonings, herbal teas, bath fragrances, and even your favorite small-bite snacks.
